Asset Data Governance Analyst – Data Quality and Classification Standards

Job Description:
Join the Asset Data Governance team to maintain consistent standards, ensure master data quality, and enforce metadata protocols across public asset registries. You'll ensure data accuracy for capital planning, compliance, and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain asset classification schemas and taxonomies.
• Define and enforce metadata standards and naming conventions.
• Conduct periodic data audits and cleansing initiatives.
• Work with asset owners to improve master data quality and integrity.
• Align governance with ISO 8000 and EAM system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Governance, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

• 4–6 years in data governance, master data management, or EAM support.

Skills:

• Data profiling, validation rulesets, and QA metrics
• Business glossary and metadata tools
• EAM data integration (Hexagon, Maximo, or SAP PM)
• Data governance platforms (Collibra, Informatica, etc.)

Certifications (Preferred):

• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
• ISO 8000 Data Quality Certified
