Civil Infrastructure Analyst – Condition Analytics & Asset Modeling

Job Description:
Join a data-driven team responsible for evaluating the condition of NYC’s critical civil infrastructure. You will support asset renewal planning, GIS data modeling, and optimization of capital repair strategies using pavement and bridge management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data on pavements, bridges, tunnels, and civil infrastructure assets.
• Support lifecycle modeling and renewal prioritization.
• Use GIS and civil asset management platforms to inform planning.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and capital forecast tools.
• Work with engineering teams on field condition surveys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years in civil asset management or transportation analytics.
• Familiarity with DOT/FTA standards and asset inspection databases.

Skills:

• GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS), InfraWorks, AssetWorks
• Pavement/Bridge management systems
• Capital asset forecasting
• Asset lifecycle planning

Certifications (Preferred):

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
• AssetWorks, Cityworks, or Infor training a plus
