Hexagon EAM Specialist – Enterprise Asset Management Configuration

Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Hexagon EAM Specialist to configure, customize, and optimize Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM platforms for transit asset lifecycle management. You'll support business users, IT teams, and training leads to maximize platform effectiveness across capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Hexagon EAM modules and workflows to match business needs.
• Customize dashboards, reports, and notifications.
• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance phases.
• Collaborate with integration teams to enable API and SCADA connections.
• Provide training and Tier 2 support for users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon/Inforum EAM systems.
• Experience supporting public infrastructure or asset-heavy organizations.

Skills:

• EAM module configuration and scripting
• Workflow design and automation
• SQL, data migration, and data integrity verification
• Training delivery and technical documentation

Certifications (Preferred):

• Hexagon EAM Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant
• ITIL Certification is a plus

Pay: $105,000 - $140,000 per year
