Reliability Engineer – Maintenance Optimization & Failure Analysis

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to enhance operational performance and reduce failure rates through strategic maintenance planning. You will drive the development of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs and support condition-based maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Weibull analysis.
• Implement reliability modeling and optimization practices.
• Support RCM strategy deployment and asset criticality ranking.
• Analyze performance data to improve system uptime and reliability.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to develop PM tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Reliability, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.

Experience:

• 5–7 years in reliability engineering or RCM programs.
• Experience with infrastructure or industrial asset maintenance required.

Skills:

• FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance tools
• Root cause analysis
• Use of reliability tools (ReliaSoft, RAM Commander, etc.)
• Statistical and data analytics

Certifications (Preferred):

• ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
• CMRT or CMRP a plus
