  • Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are eligible only if the service deliverable has not been used, implemented, or accepted by you. For example, a QTO report or cost estimate that has been downloaded, shared, or incorporated into your project plans is not eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Custom project work, including QTO and cost estimation services, is generally non-refundable once you accept the deliverable or after the 24-hour refund window has expired, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
  • Client Agreements: For services governed by offline client agreements (e.g., IT consulting, staffing solutions), refund terms, if any, are specified in the respective contract.   • Usage-Based Restrictions: Any service deliverable that has been used, implemented, or incorporated into your operations is ineligible for a refund.
