Database Administrator (DBA) – DB2

Proposed Hourly Rate: $85 – $90/hour

Job Description

The DBA is responsible for DB2 administration, performance tuning, schema conversion, and data integrity for MAS 9.x.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert SQL Server schemas and queries to DB2.

• Perform performance tuning, indexing, backups, and disaster recovery support.

• Support data migration and validation activities.

• Ensure database security and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

• 7+ years relational DB experience; 3+ years DB2 preferred.
