AI Project Manager (AI-PM)

Hourly Rate: $60–$80/hour W2

Job Summary:
Leads construction projects using AI to optimize planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Experience with Ezelogs AI software is a plus.

Duration: 3 to 5 years
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Schedule: 8-hour shift, with potential for travel and flexible hours
Work Location: NY
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Masters or AI certification preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years in project management or construction.
• 2+ years with AI-driven tools.

Skillset:

AI tools, project management software (Primavera, Ezelogs, Autodesk, IBM, Oracle, Procore), predictive analytics, Gantt charts, leadership.

Certifications:

• PMP, Certified AI Practitioner, Lean Construction Certification
