GIS Analyst

Job Summary:
Maintain, analyze, and visualize geospatial asset data for public infrastructure systems. Integrate GIS platforms with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tools for real-time spatial tracking, mapping, and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update geospatial databases (asset locations, utilities, right-of-way).
• Develop interactive map layers and dashboards.
• Integrate GIS outputs with EAM systems like Hexagon or Maximo.
• Perform spatial analysis to support asset lifecycle decisions.
• Generate GIS reports, shapefiles, and coordinate systems for field use.

Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or related field.

Experience:
3–5 years working with GIS platforms, preferably in public infrastructure.

Skills:
ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial joins, shapefile/database integration, GeoJSON, REST services.

Certifications:
ESRI Technical Certification (Desktop or Enterprise)

Pay: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
